4. Replacement Process
Once your claim is approved, we will deliver a replacement product within 5β7 days.
We reserve the right to reject replacement requests if the product is found to be damaged due to customer misuse or if the claim is submitted late.
5. No Refunds Policy
We do not provide refunds for any reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product ordered
- Delivery delays
- Unclaimed shipments
